Addy's Striped Dress & Kirsten's Mid-Summer Dress Recvd-Not Pleased-Need Feedback

Addy's Striped Dress & Kirsten's Mid-Summer Dress came today. Both dresses were horribly wrinkled. All of my previous AG clothes orders were mint. I could take the outfit from the box and the dollie would wear the oufit on the spot.

Not this time. Addy's Striped Dress also had this light yellow/orange stain in the back. Upon further inspection and turning the dress inside out; I located a marking that looked like an X or some illegible numbers.

My first thought was; AG selling seconds as new???? Something just is not right with this order...dresses horribly wrinkled???? Did those of you that have these dresses receive them wrinkled? Please; comments, feedback. etc. would be greatly appreciated.

I've gotten things in the past that have been terribly wrinkled. One in particular that comes to mind is the blue velvet holiday outfit for Bitty Baby, from a couple of years ago. It was a mess! I had to stuff it and steam it, since it was velvet and you can't touch an iron to that.
Another was Bitty's Rosey Red dress, also delicate fabric. Up until this point, I've mostly bought Bitty outfits for my GD, so I don't have experience with many others, but I do have Felicity's old meet dress, in a box, ordered from AG, and it will certainly need to be pressed before she can wear it.

My Striped dress came extremely wrinkled, my midsummer slightly.

Most of the new stuff I've been getting has been wrinkled. It really bothers me.

90% of the new things I have ordered lately have been horribly wrinkled. What gives?

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">That is "messed" up. I try not to be picky, but I am not too pleased with this order at all. These items cost to much to come looking this way. I paid $46.06 in total for this order/with Lisse code...and get this? The wrinkled state made the dresses look cheap too.***(Sigh)...not a "happy camper" here.
